Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern contracts for the rental use of holiday homes for lodging purposes. The contract shall come into force upon verbal agreement, telephonically or in written form (emails as well). The terms and condition apply on the basis of the BGB (Civil Code) and the framework requirements from the DEHOGA (Hotel and restaurant association) for temporary rental agreements.
2. Conclusion of contract shall come into force upon the rental agency acceptance of the customer’s application. At its discretion, the rental agency may confirm the room reservation in writing.
3. The rental agency is bound to organize compensation in case of unavailability of the said apartment.

5. The rental agency may demand the contractually agreed compensation and to make a flat-rate deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obligated to pay 90 percent of the contractually agreed rate for renting. The agency may charge an one-time cancellation fee of € 50.- per booking.
6. The rental agency has the right to rent the holiday home to a third party in case of cancellation. Until then the customer is obliged to number 5.
7. The customer has to be informed immediately to his obligation to pay the cancellation costs. After the end of the booking period the cancellation costs will be charged at the earliest.
8. In the event of dispute, including disputes for checks and bills of exchange, the courts at the location of the rental agency registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial transactions.
9. The judicial claim for performance doesn´t depend on:
- The reason for cancelation!
- The time the cancellation was made.
- Justification: As mentioned at number 3. Because the contract cannot be cancelled by a single party the point of time is not judicial significant.
10. Conditions of payment:
- Partial payment of 100.- € immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
- Final payment of the remaining amount 10 days before arrival at the latest.
- The all-round price includes the charge for the final cleaning of the apartment.
11. We recommend to our customers the completion of a travel insurance.
12. Damage of any kind at the apartment or the household assets must be reported to the agency immediately and repaired or replaced by the tenant.
